I liked the daily room service. Liked the quietness of the place. Liked daily fresh towels and other replenishments. Liked big refrigerator. Overall, liked the open big room space. Hunts Hotel Liverpool offered a central location that was convenient for our needs. The customer service was excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised when our young family was upgraded to a family room — a thoughtful gesture we really appreciated. The pool looked inviting, adding to the overall appeal. The accommodation was tidy, though it would benefit from a deeper clean and some updates to the furniture. The carpets in particular felt like they needed a thorough steam clean. While it was nice to have a washing machine in the room, it was disappointing that it wasn’t connected to water. Overall, we were grateful for the upgrade and found our stay comfortable, though some improvements could enhance the experience further.

Good overnight stop on the outskirts of Sydney and significantly cheaper/better value for a family of 5 than anywhere else I could find. Kids were happy with the room and everyone had an actual bed with plenty of space to move around the room. Place was clean and tidy and fridge/freezer was a great size. Didn't use any of the other facilities. Would stay here again.
