"I need to complain Hotel.com, not the hotel owner concerned. Only arriving late night to check in, was I told by the owner that his hotel had been closed for a long while because of covid and thus no business. The owner Jeff didn’t understand why hotel.com still accepted my booking and confirmed it. I don’t understand either.
