The views from our balcony were stunning covering the Bay accross to Penarth. The bed and pillows soo comfortable and the room had everything you needed even if you wanted fresh milk or extra tea coffee etc. The breakfast selection was extensive they made porridge for me and eggs were cooked as preferred. The staff were amazing pleasant and nothing was too much trouble, cant wait to go back one day.

A very lovely and beautiful hotel. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Spa treatment the best we've had so far and worth. Spectacular view from our bedroom which we got upgraded to.. Will definitely stay again No free parking so we paid parking but easy access to public transport and short taxi trips to cardiff centre. Honestly the most enjoyable hotel stay in a long while. The hotel itself is great but the staff and the level of service is what makes this place stand head and shoulders above others. Went for hubbys birthday, staff were really lovely, great service. Room was very clean and big, bed was so comfy,. Great choice of breakfast in the morning would definitely recommend staying here, looking forward to returning soon.

Perfect!

Lovely hotel, perfect location in the heart of Cardiff Bay, only a 30 minute walk into Cardiff Central. Lovely big room with balcony and nice view. Buffet breakfast was really good! All members of staff were lovely.
